PROTOTYPING
CAD and 3D printing on the Atlanta bench
Prototype before production. We model the enclosure, print a fit check, and revise until the part belongs on your wall. This is a billed service, not a shop tour.

Exploded views before anyone cuts metal
You get a model you can review: shell, bezel, camera mount, badge reader, shelves, raceway, feet. Tolerance and material notes travel with the file. Hardware partners are welcome — we are not a 400-person contract manufacturer.

3D PRINT
Fit the bezel, then commit the tool
Printed bezels, handles, camera pucks, tablet housings, and interior fixtures. Same floor as the software that will drive the door. If the print fails a fit, we revise the CAD — we do not hope the production run is luckier.
What we actually model
Enclosure design
Sheet-metal and printed housings for kiosks, cameras, and controllers. Outdoor rating and odd bay widths belong in the model.
Mounts and fixtures
Wall, truss, and locker-header mounts. Camera pucks, badge pockets, cable glands.
Kiosk housings
Portrait bezels, plinths, and raceways so the guest screen and the locker bank share one language.
Locker interiors
Shelves, PPE bins, foam tool inserts, helix pitch, drawer dividers — designed around the SKU list.
Fixtures and interiors
Adjustable shelves, PPE bins, foam inserts, camera pucks, and badge readers are part of the same CAD package as the outer shell. Bring a SKU list; we will design the inside of the door around it.

Electronics on the same bench
Controllers, readers, and the board that talks to the lock get brought up here, next to the printed housing. Useful when a catalog kiosk misses a site constraint.
Bring a constraint. We will model it.
